The Sleep Doctor's Sleep Slim Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Tart Cherry Juice (We recommend using 2oz of CherryJuicePower Concentrate in 8oz water)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup soy milk or 4-6 oz soy yogurt (if using soy yogurt, add an additional 1/2 cup fat-free milk)
5 ice cubes
1 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract+

Preparation:

Combine the tart cherry juice, banana, milk or yogurt with fat-free milk, ice and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.

CherryJuicePower Smoothie

Ingredients

11/2 oz. CherryJuicePower Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
1 ripe banana
1 oz blueberry concentrate
2 oz sliced strawberries
1 Tbs. protein powder
5 oz. orange juice

Preparation:

Blend ingredients with 4 ice cubes until smooth.

CherryJuicePower Punch

Ingredients

2 oz. CherryJuicePower Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
2 oz. Lemon - Lime Sparkling Water

Preparation:

Pour 2 oz of CherryJuicePower Concentrate with 2 oz of Lemon and Lime Sparkling water into 8 oz glass. Add water and mix thoroughly. Chill and Serve.

*1 Serving

Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
2 cups frozen tart cherries
1 ripe banana, peeled

Preparation:

Put frozen cherries, banana and tart cherry juice in container of electric blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tips: Blend all ingredients smooth before adding ice or other frozen ingredients. Otherwise, you may have a gritty texture smoothie instead of a creamy smoothie.

*Makes 4 servings (serving size of 6 ounces each)

Dr. Joe's Very Berry Blend

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups mixed frozen berries (or fresh cut pineapples)
1 cup tart cherry juice
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk (use whey protein powder if allergic to soy milk
2 heaping tablespoons of powder with 1/2 cup water)
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and minced (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or turmeric)
1 heaping tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon Probiotic powder or liquid (make sure it contains, at least, acidophilus and bifidophilus)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients smooth before adding ice or other frozen ingredients. Otherwise, you may have a gritty texture smoothie instead of a creamy smoothie. Add dates as sweetener because dates bulk up smoothie unlike stevia powder. You can use stevia and bulk up with psyllium husk powder.

Pour 1 oz of CherryJuicePower concentrate into a blender and add 1 1/2cups of water, add your choice of milk, cinnamon or ginger, flaxseed, flaxseed oil, Probiotic. Secure the lid. Blend the mixture until smooth. Add the frozen berries and blend again until smooth. Add some ice, if necessary, to achieve best consistency.

*Serves two

Cherry, Banana, Guava, Cardio Blend

Ingredients

1/2 Cup CherryJuicePower Tart Cherry Juice (Made by mixing 1 oz of concentrate in water)
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 mango, quartered
1 guava, cut into pieces
1 hibiscus tea bag
1/2inch ginger
1/2teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Make hibiscus tea by pouring hot water on the tea bag. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend (from low to high if using a variable speed blender) until smooth. Add some ice if necessary for consistency. Add small amount of stevia or agave to taste.

Cherry Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients

1 oz. CherryJuicePower Tart Cherry Concentrate 8 oz. water 1 banana, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup frozen peaches (or other fruit) 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or other fruit)

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender, add ice and blend.

Cherry Chocolate Recovery Drink

Ingredients

4 oz. Chocolate milk 2 Tbs CherryJuicePower tart cherry concentrate 2 Tbs plain yogurt 1/2 oz dark chocolate, melted 1 tsp maple syrup or 1 level scoop of stevia powder (optional)

Preparation:

Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for a few seconds. Add chocolate milk, tart cherry concentrate, yogurt, melted chocolate and syrup or stevia and blend or mix well. Chill and serve.

Cherry Peachy Morning

Ingredients

2 Tbs CherryJuicePower tart cherry concentrate 1/2cup milk of choice (almond mil recommended) 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup frozen peaches, cut in chunks 1/2 cup frozen cherries 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 Tbs honey to taste

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a blender and add the yogurt, peaches, cherries, honey to taste and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Purple Power - Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup tart cherry juice (add 1 Tbs of CherryJuicePower tart cherry concentrate in 1 cup of water) 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup mixed berries 1 tsp Matcha powder 1 packet of Emergen-C Heart Health 1 cup ice

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender, add ice and blend.
