The juice is produced by processing whole fresh (or frozen) Montmorency tart cherries – Approximately 100 fresh tart cherries in 2 tablespoons (about 1 ounce) of concentrate. Before the juice is extracted, the cherries are washed, pre-sorted, mashed and depectinized. The juice is then extracted from the fruit to preserve, as much as possible, the original quality of the natural fruit. Next, it undergoes state of the art microfiltration assuring CherryJuicePower brilliant clarity that our customers enjoy. This clarified juice is then concentrated into thick syrup and chilled immediately to retain its fruity freshness.
CherryJuicePower is bottled in a contamination-free facility. We bottle our juice in clean environment to improve its safety by eliminating or minimizing the exposure of the juice to bacteria. CherryJuicePower contains NO additives, NO preservatives, NO food coloring, NO added sugars or flavors, and NO fat or Cholesterol.
